Over the last two years we have been very active on your behalf.
The War Memorial and its surrounding fencing has been restored.
The Recreation Ground in Piddington now has new play equipment, ball wall and a small 5 a side football pitch.
The allotments in Piddington and Piddington Green have now been leased to the Parish Council by Bucks County Council and we have gradually improved the general appearance of this section of the Parish
We have had the path from Piddington to West Wycombe cut back making it wider and safer for our residents to use.
We have had a total of four dropped kerbs installed making access on and off pavements and crossing our roads easier for the more vulnerable people of our community
We have made financial contributions towards major projects for Piddington Village Hall and for planting trees and shrubs on Wheeler End Common.
We continue to liaise with District and County Council and other statutory bodies to ensure roads and footpaths are well maintained and our Parish remains at the top of everyone's list when there's work to be done
In the future we hope to be able to add to the play equipment on the Recreation Ground and have some influence over the parking situation in some areas of Piddington as well as the bus service for Wheeler End. We were very involved in ensuring that the Line 40 bus service served Piddington efficiently and continue to monitor the service being provided by the bus companies.
